How long is it taking to get appointment for consular processing. my labor just got through, eb2 rir. Thinking about consular processing in India. Any thoughts please. My Priority date is may 3
 
My case was sent to NVC on Feb 24 2006, reached New Delhi Embassy on April 7, Packet 4 received May 21, Interview appointment June 26.

Has the new rule kicked in whereby u have to submit documents 10-15 days in advance in delhi? Heard of any experiences
