I seek your valuable help here:
My I-140 is pending [gave answer of RFE], I have selected CP.
I WANT TO STAY OUTSIDE OF USA FROM
AUGUST 2008 to SEPT. 2010 (2 YEARS)
at current moment where all PD are current,
1] which move would be better for me, so I dont affect my GC while outside USA.
also
2] If I go for CP, then, can I delay CP interview somehow ?
[for CP option, I believe my interview would come by MAY 2008, if I can delay to atleast another 1 year, then I would be in better position]
