CP or AOS?

I think going for AOS is a better option tan the new CP procedure.. It might of course vary from one person to other. It's just my opinion.

Thank you for message. Right now, I~{!/~}m working in US with H-1B visa, preparing for GC under NIW. Since I~{!/~}m Canadian and would like to take CP after I-140 approval. However, I need to make sure which way is better in terms of timing and chance before filing the application to INS. You mentioned there is a new procedure for CP. Could you please specify what it is? Thank you in advance.

I'm doing my CP under the new procedure. Even then it should not take more than 6 months (from the date of I-140 approval) to get my Green Card. Its seems to be working out well so far.

My two cents.

CP Status

hate_tsc,

Q1. What is the current status/stage of your CP?
Q2. Which consulate have you opted for?

Thanks.
