I have been thinking about this lately. My info: PD 9/05 EB2 China with I-140 approved.
First question is if I should switch to CP, I opted AOS on I-140.
Secondly, to switch to CP, I can do attorney certicfied CP (I do not remember this term exactly). Am I correct?
Lastly, anybody have information on how long it takes to do CP in China these days? I am a chemical engineer working in manufacturing. I do not think I am subject to the extra security check for some sensitive areas.
