I will be interviewed this month (Oct. 2014) at my home country(CP). My spouse and children are living in U.S. with the H-visa and would not come back for the interview together. So I am going to reschedule the interview for them.
Here is the question:
If I passed the interview and prefer to transfer their process to AOS, which org should I contact to (KCC or USCIS?) and how? When do you think the interview would be held?
Is it a better idea than CP? The reason we'd like to AOS is we don't want to impact their work and education during the semester.
