I,was working at California. Started green card process. In LCA and I140 says Office address as
“ San Francisco,CA”
Address Where Alien will Work(if different from office address)
"CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S"
Presently I am working with same company at Chicago Office , h1b amended for this H1B -location change. Having Consulate interview shortly. we have office(s) in various location in US.
But NOW HR is operated from Texas, Austin
QUESTION:
is it is OK, if the employment letter is taken on Letter Head with Texas address and Signed by HR VP?
