CP interview issues

Hi
I am planning on doing CP . However I was BRIEFLY OUT OF STATUS when I transferred my H1B from old employer to new employer since I didn't get payed for about 3.5 months. INS figured that out and approved by H1B transfer conditionally that I could work only after I get my visa stamped from my home consulate. I then got my visa stamped from my home consulate without any issues. Could you please let me know whether this brief out of status will be an issue to FAIL me in the CP interview when I appear for CP in the SAME HOME CONSULATE?

Thanks

To start with I am not an immigration attorney so you will need to consult an attorney and get his/ her take on your case.

I personally do not think this would be an issue for the following reason:
1. Out of status exceeding 180 days is a DEFINITE RED flag.
2. In your case USCIS required you to get your new h-1b stamped @home consulate which you did without issues so that chapter is closed. If there were issues with that then you would not have h-1b to start with!

But I would still refer you to a lawyer.
