1. minimum income requirements - employment letter states an amount that does not match what I\'m actually getting paid. Will this discrepancy cause any problems ?
2. 3 years tax returs - what exactly do we show them ? W-2s or copies of 1040s or what ?

Income can vary, both W2 and 1040

Pay more than employment letter can mean annual raises this should not be a problem. If pay is less that the employment letter then take some valid explanation in writing from the company.

Employees have extra copies of W2, so it will not harm if you take both W2 and copies of forms.
