1) Is it safe to go for CP in 7th year (or later) of H1 extension
2) What are the things to keep in mind - and to be careful about, when going for CP in such a situation?
which country are you planning to go. I have a similar situation eb2 rir, pd may 03. Do you know how long it is taking, when to apply or procedures etc.
