CP Gurus , please help !

Has anybody experienced a case like this ....

My lawyer says that the I-140 has been approved for CP(and it is mentioned on the final approval notice). He asked me to keep all documents ready.

I called up INS and they say that I-140 has been approved for AOS.

I am in a flux.
 
1. Ask lawyer to fax you the 140 approval notice

So you can see for yourself that it is approved CP

2. Call INS again just to confirm.

If there is a discrepency then your attorney must act now to make sure both are on the same path and you dont loose any time.
Be pracative and kick some butt!
