Can anybody please give St. Louis information. My P3 was mailed on July 17th, 2002. I want to know how long it takes for it to reach NVC.

No contact to verify...

As far as I know there is no contact for St.Louis. Even NVC can not findout. The only way is to verify if your cashier's chq has clear. Call the number mentioned on Cash's cheque.
 
Can not contact St Louis. But you can kinda track a milestone by finding out when your check was cleared.
