How much time should it take after case completion from NVC to the interview in Delhi? According to NVC recording my case was completed on 8/27. When should I expect the interview?
How many days before the interview should I reach Delhi? We also need to get our medicals done. Any suggestions about which one of the embassy certified docs are good and fast.

ANSWER: 2 weeks for NVC to mail to delhi. 1 week to reach. 1 week for delhi consulate to enter the case in their system. Interview about 2-2.5 months from that point.

When should I expect the interview?
ANSWER: 3- 3.5 months from now. Mostly November 2003. Can slip into December 2003 due to holidays.

ANSWER: It is receommended that medicals be done 3 days prior to the interview to provide for sufficient time. So plan to leave atleast 5 days prior to your cp interview.

I concur with kdivekar in his answers to your questions.

Atleast a week to give you enough time for any unforseen circumstances.

All four of the US embassy certified docs/hospitals are good. I went with Dr. Jain (who is not listed any more). So choose per your convenience.
