I applied for GC in Mid 2000 and got my I-140 approval in jan\'01 with the priority date being Aug\'00. I am about to file my I-485. Could anyone let me know if I can go for consular processing now? Any ideas on the time frame to get GC if I went for CP now?
Well Now with ur i140 approved, the only way to opt for CP fromI485 is to file I824 which usually takes some time...but then some consulate accepts AC140(just i824 receipt alone)...
