Can you'll tell me what is the process of CP and how to go about it in detail like

1. when do we get the interview date?

2. how to apply for CP?

3. Are there any risks involved in CP?

4. What all do they ask during the interview?

5. What all docs are needed during interview?

6. What will be the total time involved to get GC in CP after applying for I140

7. With the new laws Fuji Ohata memo is it wise to go CP route as even with CP after Labor approval it takes around 10-11 months to get interview date, correct me if I am wrong

Your questions are really good, but my advise would be please research the forum there are so many threads which can give you all the answers to your questions and after that you feel something you need to get calrified they are people who can help you with.
