I saw the latest NOTE from you about 485 to have been abandoned if an I-824 requesting Consular Processing is received by them. My question is I have applied for I-485 with my wife as my dependent and recently did the FP.
Also my wife\'s company has applied for GC and we are waiting for I-140 approval (I-140 ND is 20 Sep 2000) in which she had requested for CP. And the plan is I will be the dependent and take advantage.
Now with the above rule how are we affected? Do we have to do any withdrawal activity OR we are fine?
Any input will be appreciated.
