Waiting for finger prints to clear at the US Consulate in Juarez. They finger printed me but green card interview was ok, provided all the docs they requested, answered all questions ok
I have a very common name and they just want to make sure I don\'t have a criminal record before they give me GC.
I am 100 % sure the finger print check will be clear as I have not comited any crimes major or minor ...
If the finger print process takes longer than my 6 year limit on my H1B and I have to go back to my country and my employer has offices in my country of origin and still keeps me employed, can my CP process continue ?
