I have an aunt and cousin who entered the US on B1/B2 Visas for medical reasons, my aunt before her i-94 expired applied for an extension last year which was granted until 2012, her passport has already expired. My question is, if they go back to her country before the extension expires will they have problems to get another Visitor's visa bc they entered the country on a visitor's visa to receive medical treatment?
They have also received medical insurance due to the high cost of the treatments my cousin is receiving. My other question is, a lawyer in my country told my mother that they will not be granted a visitor's visa ever again bc they have received financial support from the government through the health insurance, is this true?
