I received my Courtesy Copy of my 485 Approval, But my attorney has not received the Original, Can I go for stamping with my Courtesy Copy.

I think mostly it depends if Local INS office accepts courtesy copies or no.. I know NYC office does but Newark office doesn\'t. I would suggest call the local office listed on the copy and find out. Then you can make the decision whether to go or not.

If you want , you can go and stamp with the cortesy copy, i.e. if local INS office accpt it. But let me tell you one thing, it does not matter when you stamped the passport. You are the permanent resident since I485 approval date. Since you have waited for so long, you can still wait for another 2-3 days and avoid 2 trips if local INS does not accept the courtesy copy.
