Orginal ( looks like one !! ) goes to the attorney.
And yeah, either one is OK to do the stamping
if you have a lawyer, the original will go to the lawyer and you will receive a courtesy copy.
it is specified on the notice if it is courtesy copy by saying that somewhere under the address where it was mailed.
it is a good idea to go with both notices (original from lawyer and courtesy copy you got) and show the courtesy copy first because they use the address from there to mail your actual gc.
have the original with you just in case they ask to see it.
