Courtesey copy ok for stamping @ SJC ??

Hi,
We plan to go for stamping in the next 3 days. I have received both the actual+courtesey copy for myself and only the courtesey copy for my wife..lawyer has not yet received actual approval.

is it ok to go to SJC INS office with only courtesey copy for wife(derivative) and real copy for me(primary) ?

Please let me know soon!!

OK for stamping

You don't need the original copy to do stamping at San Jose office. I used the courtesey copy when I did my stamping. So, just go ahead.

also the photos have to be ADIT type right ?

not the passport type ..am I correct ?

photos ADIT type and write name and A# on back with pencil.
