HI i need some advice.well my girlfriend is from peru and she was set to get her visa to visit the us on the 30th but they did not give it to her because,i think about 3 months ago she took someone to court and it was a 2 month proceess so that was over but the person she took to court i guess applied and the court thing is going on now but without my girlfriend,now the embassy of lima told her she cant get the visa till this matters clears up and she is not in the system that she is in a court process? now she has never did anything wrong except took someone to court.now i was just wondering has anyone ever heard of this problem?? any adive i can pass along to my gf that she may look into thanks..
