Court Marriage and INS

I am planning on getting a court marriage with my spouse who is a canadian citizen. Any one has experience with this and if INS objects to court marriage instead of regular(traditional) wedding What kind of questions do they ask? What kind of proof my spouse need to take with her when going to INS to show proof of the marriage?

you will not have any problems, you will be given a marriage cert
after you are married. you should wait a feew months after you are married to file any paper work with the INS and the documentation will be the basicis checking account home or apartment with both names etc...
