Courier Services from NVC to Consulate

It is a courier service ( I think it is Airborne Express) and several
case packets are sent together.

My father is a US citizen. He filled an immigration petition for me and it was approved and has been forwarded to the US consulate. Later,I received the appointment letter. On the appointment day,I went to the US embassy for the personal interview with an US consular. I paid the courier fees before the interview at the courier counter inside the embassy building. Everything went great during the interview and the consular told me that your application and everything is okay and I will receive my visa withen three weeks by the courier service. I did the sworn and signed the application.
