Courier mailing address

Hi there, I am new to this forum and you guys have been so helpful.

Can anybody tell me what the direct mailing address is of the Vermont Service Center? I am in Texas, specifically Dallas, and I believe that those I-751 mailed to Mesquite location and being routed to Vermont anyway. So I would like to send my application there directly since that is what the new I-751 instruction says also.

However, I can only find the PO Box address and I would like to submit my I-751 through registered mail to make sure they receive it on time.

Also, for those who had experience mailing their i-751 to your local center as opposed to either California or Vermont and vice versa, please share your experience' time frame so we'd know if mailing it to local as opposed to the national service center causes any delay in receiving and processing. Thanks!
 
Hi there, I got this information on the USCIS website but I was hoping to get the Physical address cause Ias I understand, registered mail can not be delivered on PO BOX. So should I still include the PO box on the 2nd line or just put the 75 Lower Welden St. only?
 
Why Registered?

Just do the Delivery notification!

If you really want to do registered, then talk to USPS. I believe you can registered mail to some PO boxes but you will have to go to USPS office to check.

I in fact sent a Fedex to a PO Box. Fedex initially refused but then put the address in their system and the system approved it. That was my prents I-130 application.
