I am a permanent resident of the US currently living and working in Australia. My wife's case will be transferred to NVC soon. On my wife's I-130, I had specified the consulate for CP to be Beirut-Lebanon. Now that my wife lives with me in Sydney, is it possible that I change the consulate for CP to Sydney and how?
Note that my wife is Lebanese. She has a 4-year work visa in Australia (same as myself). Would she be able to go thru consular processing in Sydney or does it have to be her country of citizenship?
