Countries allowing visa-less visit for GC Holders????

Can somebody list all the countries that permanant residents can visit (not work or study or other long term reasons) without a visa? Also, please don't consider the citizenship status in your reply, eg an EU citizen can visit Canada without a visa, but not a Sri Lankan passport (just an example). I just want countries you can visit irrespective of your citizenship status solely on the basis of GC. Thanks a lot.

To my knowledge, only Canada and Switzerland fit the criteria you have defined.
