In NSC, Biomatric is done to record - right hand index finger, Photograph of I 485 applicant & digital signature. This type of Biomatc have Code 2 (and fyi..there are Biomat 1 & 3 also.)

My I-140 & I-485 is pending yaar from last 2 yrs.. semi-concurrent filed..
Duniya bhar ki sab inquiry ki (Congressmen, AILA, Senator, USCIS) but kuch bhi nahi huya.. koi mujhe bataya... aab mai kya karuuuu....mere I-140 ki?

That was a good one but you forgot adding the other tensions after getting GC:- Buying a house , having a son, becoming a manger........ As you said those who take tension will do so even after GC.

My guess: Jan 1st 2004.

My guess for the EB3 date is Jan 1st 2004.

What was the supposed date when the bulletin with EB3 retrogression dates comes out?

For some reason, I thought the announcement will come out on Sept 1st but didn't find any info on it. (Maybe I am too optimistic :p )

The more the Oct Bulletin is delayed the more the possibility that the Bulletin will be unchanged. The trend has been since the begining of this year is that whenever the next months bulletin has come early the PD have moved ahead and whenever it has come later either the PD dates remained unmoved or the news is bad.
But Oct 2005 bulletin is a special one as its the begining of a new fiscal year. Therefore there is a high possibility that the EB3 numbers wont remain 'U' atleast not for Oct 2005. But something tells me that the Oct bulletin will reamin unchanged from the Sept one as each day passes without the new bulletin coming out.
By the way I dint check if he bulletin came out today. If it has not then there will be three more days of wait.

not yet released. First thing I checked today morning. Sigh! It has been so quiet since July. Else atleast once a day, I used to get a "server busy" response while posting a message or trying to read a thread. :) ...miss that sooo much....
