Hello Friends,

Today I saw the four email of my case approval, for me and my wife. emails were sent last friday around 8:58Pm I dont know those guys seems like working over time :-),,,, I am still cant believe that I am out of race now.

Congrats. Folks fingerprinted 1 month back are getting approved / transferred. Today for 14th July USCIS transferred one case ( 300 EAC # away from my EAC #, FP on 11/18 )

I did my FP1 on 18 Nov and my status was updated on 30 Nov about receival of FP results. But neither my case is approved nor RFe nor any LUD changed.
I don't know what's happenning in my case.

Few EB2 cases from my company are also suffering while almost all EB3 have been approved. One expectation is that after 01/01 they are going to approve all cases pending with USCIS for a long time ( and having PD long back in 00-99-98 ). Stay hopeful and don't ruin the new year eve :)

Hi, mine is EB3 category,

I have a question, now what is next how should I get the infopass appointment? I am planning to visit india in next couple of months, what should I do before I leave this country?
