Hi guys,
Missed this site y/day. So thought let me check the status thru an IIO. Started dialing 2:11 Pm. Got thru 2:26 Pm. Was on hold till 4:13 Pm and it was still saying "ALL Agents are currently busy....blah blah....." So finally dropped off.
Can't get thru today at all. Anybody got thru in the past two days and any info? I know the info doesn't make any sense usually but...
