Couldn't find an answer anywhere...Help

I was released on a super vision release back in 2008. as a stateless Palestinian i don't have any country to go to, or to be deported to.
i came here on F-1 Visa, and i don't have any criminal records. also i never help a green before.

What can i do in my case?
is there a way to apply for waiver? or a way to get a Green Card?
what forms do i need to file?

I'm sorry you haven't gotten an answer yet. Some cases take longer to receive a response because the majority of posters don't know how to advise you. I myself don't know what u could do - but I hope someone who does answers soon. Have you tried talking to a lawyer?
 
May I ask, how long have you lived in the US? what are your qualifications? and have you worked legally in the US and for what time period? There is very little choice that you have, unless you are persecuted in your homeland (Asylum) or have been in the US for 10 years and have some sort of relief (cancellation of removal). You have to consult a good attorney to get proper advice. The reason I say this is because they will provide you with the best recourse with your current situation.
