Could this phone conversation been wiretapped and recorded ?

Jack,

I thought the term African-American was meant to denotes origin of people of color in the US. Well, it's another issue.

I guess it use to but not anymore. Now racist ppl use the "n" word to call African American that really get under their skin but I always see them calling themselves " my n***r" anyway they can do it nor can others

Fatethe, About your original question, I don't think anyone can tell you the answer. I myself am not sure if someone wiretapping my phone and using it against me is ridiculous or paranoia because you honestly don't know if you could be that ONE unlucky person that got hit and is being made an example out of. Having said that, I haven't seen a case of that on this forum so I am assuming it's rare.
I agree with your posts about the forum members. They should just answer your question and not pass judgements about who is racist etc. It is not relevant to the question you asked. This forum is for immigration advice not discussing how/why people are racist or stereotypes.

I guess they could possibly recorded phone calls all over the country but warrantless wiretapping is only used to prevent crime but not as evidence for prosecution. Warrantless wiretapping is inadmissible in court.
