Could this be a computer glitch too?

Hi all,

I got this email today (about 15 minutes ago) from the Premium processing center of TSC. I had requested PP yesterday. I received the USCIS email about my request last night (about 12 hours ago) [Please see my signature]. And, my case status online shows that they have received my "request for PP". I do not know if this is a computer glitch like some of our friends had reported or if this could be a real approval. If latter, that would be great. I would greatly appreciate your kind inputs. Thank you all very much.

The Texas Service Center has approved the following
I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker
that had been filed under the Premium Processing Service:

Receipt Number: SRC******
Petitioner: ******
Priority Date: // (There was no priority date in the email itself

Beneficiary: --------
DOB: ----------------
Classification:There was no classification in the email too

The form I-797 Approval Notice will follow in the mail.

If you have received this email from CHRIS, then it is real. If it is from TSC then it is what everyone's getting after upgrading to PP, i.e., a glitch.

wish NOT a s/w glitch but yes it is .. every one getting this same thing including me ...

If it is a s/w glitch, that is really really sad. But, I had this question. I remember some people got the approval email before even submitting their supporting documents. Some got it within seconds after they requested PP. Some got a few hours (about 4 hours) after they got the receipt email for PP request. I can understand that they were computer glitches. I got the receipt email for PP request first from CRIS (3 emails at 4.00 PM). Then I got the the same receipt email for PP request from Premium processing TSC (only 1 email at 9.00 PM) the same night. But, the approval email came today morning at 9.15 AM (after about 12 hours). Could this still be a s/w glitch? Just anxious...

Now, I see a LUD for today (3/15/2007) and it still says "request for pp" as the current status. Can you please give your suggestions..... ideas........ feedback. I know I have to wait...... but it is really hard. Thanks to you all.

the real approval email from TSC-PP has both priority date and Classification. If those are missing then probably it is a computer glitch.

I got a fake approval email one day after I received the 3 same receipt emails for PP. So in your case it is very likely a computer glitch.

Now it is 13 days after the fake email and I am still waiting for the result.

Good luck for all of us!
