COS H1B & H4 Which service centers???

My employer located in Texas filed for my COS to H1B. Along with the application packet my wives H4 petition (I-539) was included. The whole packet was maled to Vermont. H4 receipt just arrived to our present residential address in New York. It has EAC number on it. I am not sure where from (VSC or CSC) my employer should expect the receipt for H1B??

I was told that employers now have to file the I-129 with I529 at VSC and later, based on employers location it will be either processed in VSC or be transferred to CSC. The center procesing the case will issue the recipt notice also. My employer has kept his own address for mail purposes on the I-129 (No attorney representation etc). Any thoughts.... thanks

Our employer is too in Texas but have sent the application for my h1b and wifes h14 visa to Vermont, we have heard nothing of any change of service center but only have a receipt notice to date nothing else, fingers crossed, we are in London so maybe thats why, Just out of interest are you uk citizens as we were told by employer we could not reside in US until our visa was issued even if only for 6 months.
