Correction on Revalidated Visa

We received revalidated visas from DC but my spouse first name
was wrong there.
I intend to send for correction.
Web site says it usually takes 5 days to process.
Any experiences on correction and the actual time line?

send for correction, write in cover letter what is wrong on Visa stamp

it may take 5-10 days to get PP back with correction and dont forget to send return prepaid Fedex envelope
** i will also fill up a new form and will attach 1 photograph
