I am about to send the bundle of application forms to my parents, I have already submitted the I-130 online. But now I-485, I-131, I-693 (Medical), I-864, I-864A, I-765 forms are ready for mail. I am scared that I will send it to the wrong address. Since I live in Texas, should I send the documents to the following address:

U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
USCIS
Attn: AOS

Dallas, TX 75265-0288''
If, I am writing this email address, should I include whatever is inside the inverted comma ('' ") or we should exclude
USCIS Dallas Lockbox and U.S. Postal Service (USPS)?
I will appreciate your input to resolve my confusion before mailing it to the right address.
