When I applied N400 and I entered country of birth and nationality as China. However, I was born in Hong Kong. I recently looked up my old visa information for 485, 140, they are Hong Kong instead.

I have got certificate of naturalization and passport. How should I get it corrected now?
Should I apply N-656 or another other forms.

What was written on your naturalization certificate? Country of birth is Hong Kong? You can fake ignorance if that doesn't bother you, because HK and PRC have had issues.

Country of birth is not used on natz cert, it uses country of nationality. Honk Kong belongs to China now. Unless you took affirmative steps to secure another nationality in the past, then China is correct.

The N-565 may only be used when a name has been legally changed or there is a USCIS error, like a typo. You can't change countries or birth dates without a federal court order issues pursuant to:

8 C.F.R. 5 334.16(b) states in pertinent part that:

[Wlhenever an application is made to the court to amend a petition for naturalization after
final action thereon has been taken by the court, a copy of the application shall be served
upon the district director having administrative jurisdiction over the territory in which the
court is located, in the manner and within the time provided by the rules of court in which
the application is made. No objection shall be made to the amendment of a petition for
naturalization after the petitioner for naturalization has been admitted to citizenship if the
motion or application is to correct a clerical error arising from oversight or omission. A
representative of the Service [USCIS] may appear at the hearing upon such application and
be heard in favor of or in opposition thereto. When the court orders the petition
amended, the clerk of court shall transmit a copy of the order to the district director for
inclusion in the Service file.

Hi
I do not think you have to do anything. You are fine. You were formerly citizen of the PRC even if you were born in HK and ever had BNO and you could have SAR passport which is only issued to HK permanent resident who is citizen of PRC. The US Ntz cert shows the country of former nationality(China, The People's Republic Of). The US pp shows the place of birth. In the N400, you might have filled in the country of nationality(China). In the pp appl. DS-11, it asks for Place of Birth( city and Country). You might have filled in Hong Kong and China. So you are perfectly fine. You are done. Don't worry to much.
Congratulations!!!
