correct approach to get a Notarize copy of Naturalization certificate

Did you check the Form that is posted on site? What comes after 4 is 5 not 6. The Form has itemed 6 After 4. let them know the mistake.

If they just want to know the date one became US citizen then self attested copy of Naturalization certificate should be enough as it has date and year on it and one should Sign on Naturalization certificate" True Copy' and one gets US passport on the base of Naturalization certificate. Naturalization certificate Signed as" True Copy'+ Indian passport+US passport should be enough as US passport will have same Signature, Indian Passport will have Same signature,Naturalization certificate Signed as" True Copy' same signature and Form will have the same signature. Please update them.

It is not Ram Gopal Verma film he made few good films it is like C grade movie or the system looks like very small town in state of Bihar municipality. How the 4-5 people in Consulate passed IFS (Indian Foreign Service) exams?
