Correct address to send form AR-11

The form itself has following address printed on it:

U.S. Department of Justice
Immigration and Naturalization Service
Change of Address
P.O. Box 7134
London, KY 40742-7134

But there are some websites that recommend sending this form also to the your respective service center i.e. CSC in my case.

Can someone please confirm where to send this form?

I have sent the change of address to CSC also and got it confirmed from iio that my new address got updated in their application properly.
