Guys,

I am preparing my N-400 form together with the other documents. I want to ask about the copy of front and back sides of my green card, should it be on color or black&white. My printer is black&white, does it matter if it is not on colour ?

It does not matter as long as it is readable.

We are all guilty of handling the application process like religious scripture. Just chillax mmmmmkay?

Thanks a lot. I will send it in black and white.

I see you sent your documents with Fedex. I intend to send mine via USPS. Does Fedex provide faster service ?

No, I wasted my money. Others who sent via USPS or UPS got a faster timeline. Just get a confirmation service.

I sent mine with USPS and no confirmation at all. My trust in USPS is infinite :)

I also sent it USPS with no confirmation. Depending on the type of confirmation (signature of receiver for example) it might even slow down delivery.
Anyways, there are three no cost methods of confirmation of delivery:
1) If you have included Form G-1145, you will be sent a text and/or email of acceptance of your N-400
2) If you send a personal check for the N-400 fees, then when USCIS cashes the check you will see it on your bank account
3) USCIS will send you an acceptance notice in the mail in less than 7 days after they receive your N-400.

Second that. With the Form G-1145, I received an Email from USCIS with my application number and was able to check the online status immediately.
