Previous EAD mailer is the enclosure when you got your previous EAD...You must have received a letter kind of thing along with your previous EAD.It will have a barcode and your A# and would also say "Enclose this along with your next EAD application" . That mailer will help your new application to be verified with your earlier files.

shoot man.. I threw it away long back. never thought that it will be required anywhere
what shouldI do now? will they reject by renewal if I dont send it?

I dont think not attaching the previous mailer will be a problem......It just helps your application to get to the right file and may be(?) sooner processing.Provide all the other documents for EAD. You should be fine...
