Copy of Approved labor

Friends,

I'm from Maryland area and would like to know.….
How to get a copy of my approved labor from INS (USCIS)? (Lawyer said no when requested)
Any quick help on this is greatly appreciated.

Call respective DOL and request them to send you the copy and also form ETA750A&B. If not you can file FOIA (free dom of information act) at USICS (Vermont) which will take anywhere between 8 to 12 weeks.

Do you know any DOL number/ address for Maryland/ Virginia?
Actually my company applied my labor from Virginia so I'm not sure which DOL to contact.
