Copies of passport Pages for I485 application submittal

I just renewed my passport. I have visa stamps in my old passport. Is it OK if i sent copies of new passport and visa stamps from my old passport ? or I have to send copies of old and new passport.

Also is it necessary to send copies of all the pages of passport ? or just send the pages that are relevant ?

is it necessary to send copies of the old passport pages ? I have 221(g) insufficient documentation stamp in my passport and i don\'t want to send this if i don\'t have to.
 
All pages of all passports...

means all pages in both old and new passport. If you leave out a page it will definitely raise a flag and cause a RFE, because they will check the page numbers first. 221(g) is not a serious crime.
