what if a person done a aggravated felony in the past but did not arrest or convicted.

should he mention this in N400? and if he mention,

1. he face problem in getting citizenship?
2. will he deported?

If it is serious and statute of limitation has not expired, the USCIS will
notify the police of the jurisdiction to have the applicant arrested.
 
what is statute of limitation and how much period for this????

Depend upon what kind of aggrevated felony. If it is murder then statetute of limit never run out. If it is rape, maybe 10-20 years. Some aggravtred felony may be a trivial offense in eyes of criminal law and statue of limitation already passed.
