Hi All,

I was convicted of selling a liquor to minor when five years ago when i was on h1b. Now i am planning to make Trip to CANADA to get H1B stamping done. This is the first time i am trying to get H1B visa stamp.

Now what are my chancing of getting visa stamp? What are the consequences that i can face on canadian consulate office?

Please advise.
Please share your experiance when you are in similare situation(crimianl conviction).

My advice is better not go. If your GC under processing and I 140 approved, get an AP.

Unless you are Canadian citizen you cannot get stamping since you say this is your first H1B stamping.
