Converting I485 to CP Processing

Here is my situation:

1. 140 is Approved
2. 485 Pending for myself, spouse and Daughter. (EB3, PD Sep-02)
3. I have AP and EAD
4. Spouse and Daughter DO NOT have AP.
5. Emergency situation and left to India (all three of us)
6. Want to convert spouse's and daughter to CP processing. Mine will be AOS (I485).

First of all is it possible to convert my wife's and daughters to CP. Now they are in India and they can't come back.

Any help or direction would help

It can be converted only after your approval. The otherway is you have to get back on the H1 until they enter back on H4.
