conversion of F-2 Visa into any other

Hello sir,
My wife is planning for further studies in USA, so she wants to apply for student vise
(F-1) as I am her husband I have to apply for spouse visa (F-2), sir what my main concern is that as spouse visa(F-2) I can not get paid employment over there , but after reaching their if some company is willing to give me a job then can I change my spouse(F-2)visa in to H1 visa , or is there any other way that I can work over there.

Your employer may file for an H1B visa as a COS from F2. It must go through the quota, the job must be qualified for H1B, and you may not work until the start date on the H1B I-94. It is a fairly straightforward process; just find a legitimate employer and not one of the suspect consulting firms that does not pay properly.

There is no way an F2 dependent can work.
