hello,

Could somebody throw light on my question.

I am working for X. Labor is cleared for me in X company.

Now i am joining Y company.

I have good terms with X company still.
Now, can they continue my GC process and file I-140 with any workaround, even though now i am working with other company Y.

any suggestions/answers will be big help and appreciated.

thanks
raj

Yes. To process GC you dont need to work for the company. You need to work for the company after getting the GC. As GC is for future permanent employment.

thanks rk for the response.

Can i continue my gc as feature employer even though i joined and left the company. will there be any issue to continue as feature employer?

thanks

shouldn't be a problem. As long as that company supports you in your GC process, you are fine. This will be considered as a future employment case.

Two Sponsor Companies

If two companies are willing to sponsor GC, say company A and B. The applicant is working for C. Can applicant use two companies as sponsor to increase the security? Thanks.
