Contacting the Ombudsman

Guys,
Just wanted to get your take on contacting the Ombudsman. My case is one of those that got bumped cause my application got processed a bit too quickly, even though I had applied 20 days past my 90 days. The only reason I'd like to rush is just so that I can sponsor my folks - 1st degree. Would writing a letter expedite my application?

Call USCIS first or make an InfoPass and see if they can move it along...
 
Yeah, I just called and talked to 2nd level IO and did the infopass last week. I was told to wait for the letter in mail.

Requesting to expedite your case won't get you anywhere. You must wait like everyone else.
