Contacting Senator

Just a few minutes back I received a call from senator's office that the current processing at NSC is Feb so I need to wait atleast 6 more months. I requested senator's office intervention as many of my friends who filed much later than me got approved and no activity on my case.

From the discussion with senator's office staff it appears that NSC misleading the legislators also by having the official processing time as Feb 2002 and approving the Jun 02 - Oct 02 cases.

we get the point your Senators' staff is driving to us - but did you ask them what they are planning to do about it (misleading them)
response to that would be helpful to them as well to us.
