Contacting Senator - Need your help

Dear friends...

I have been reading messages on these forum since a month and I now I realized that I need to contact the Senator.

Can someone help me by providing a sample letter (effective one) to contact the senator? And what information or what points we need to mention in there.

I have seen many people got benefited from this forum. PLEASE HELP ME.

My case is pending since Aug 2004 (I485) at NSC.

EB3 - 09/2002
FP - done two times
EAD - Third renewal filed
AP - Three times.
I485 - Aug 2004 - LUD : 08/19/2006 for me & my kid and 10/28/06 for my spouse.

I saw some approvals from RD Aug 2004 at NSC. You may hear something soon.
 
Go to the website of your senator and see if there is an online form you can fill out. Then call the office in a few days to make sure they got your request
 
No format or anything ... depending on the Senator, you would need to fill an online form or send an email explaining your situation.
Just articulate your concerns - that's all - nothing special about it.
